Please respect this, otherwise you may come on a wasted journey and not be able to get in.**

Booking in the week you wish to come is ideal.

It is imperative that you book and pay for the facilities before you arrive at Bucklands Farm. No refunds will be given if you cannot attend after booking, but you will be allowed to hold your payment over for a booking on another date. You must also read and agree to the Disclaimer and Covid-19 Protocol on the booking form. There are important rules in the ‘Disclaimer’ about your use of the course. You will not be allowed on the facility if you have not agreed to these documents and paid for the facility in advance.
The form allows you to book for up to 4 riders with a trainer if desired. This is the maximum number allowed as a group at any one time under the Government and British Riding Clubs Covid-19 regulations. Under these regulations, we also have to request all the details listed on the form for each rider and the trainer using this venue.
If there is a problem with your booking, Susannah Givons will contact you before the day of your booking.
As the facility is now closed the booking form is no longer available.
**When travelling with your lorry, box or trailer to Bucklands Farm, please enter Brantridge Lane from the Handcross end and not from the Staplefield end, since it is very narrow at the Staplefield end.** The entrance to the schooling areas are through the green gate, which is the second entrance on the right to Bucklands Farm, where the Ardingly Riding Club banner is on the fence. This is also the entrance to Wings Museum.
