Membership Reminder

Membership runs from the 1st January to 31st December each year. 

Please renew your membership as soon as possible.

This is particularly important if you wish to represent the club in Area 13 Qualifiers, which are often scheduled in January. In order to do so you must have your Ardingly Riding Club membership registered on the British Riding Clubs database by the Friday before the qualifier:

“G5.3: Membership

All riders must be a member of the affiliated riding club for which they are competing and must have paid their subscription one working day before the qualifier they wish to compete in  with their names and addresses etc. appearing on the current membership database held by the BRC Office. If the qualifying individual/s or any member of a winning/qualifying team is not on the database, then that person will be disqualified and the results will be re-calculated accordingly.”

We therefore recommend that you renew your membership as soon as possible after 1st January and at least a week before the date of the qualifier.

This year membership applications are made to BRC head office  we are currently registering and the system is not yet live - as soon as it is the kink will be posted
